The existing patio area had become dirty, weathered, and slippery, with a build-up of algae and surface grime. Our team carried out a full professional clean, restoring the natural colour of the paving and improving both appearance and safety.

Ground Preparation & Drainage Installation

One of the key issues with the garden was poor drainage, which had led to patches of unhealthy grass and surface water build-up.

To resolve this, we installed a perforated drainage pipe system beneath the lawn area. This allows excess water to drain away efficiently, preventing waterlogging and creating the right conditions for healthy turf growth.

The area was carefully excavated, levelled, and prepared before installing the drainage system.

New Turf Installation

Once the groundwork and drainage were in place, we laid fresh, high-quality turf across the garden. The new lawn was carefully levelled and compacted to ensure a smooth, even finish.

The result is a lush, green lawn that not only looks great but is also supported by proper drainage to keep it in good condition long-term.
